Working with two public and one private sector organizations to help employees' onboard changes to their work arrangements following COVID-19. These projects involve working with management to identify challenges with hybrid work arrangements and identifying and implementing solutions.
Global Affairs Canada: Helping employees in the Policing and Planning Bureau to re-imagine their organizational identity following years of continuous organizational change and to improve and align business processes to realize their new identity.
Community Oriented Policing project: Worked with the Ottawa Police Service to implement community-oriented policing teams in 6 high priority communities (socially and economically disadvantaged communities with high crime rates) in Ottawa.
Beyond COVID: Developed the hybrid work framework for Fisheries and Oceans Canada. This framework helped employees transition from forced remote work during the pandemic to hybrid work arrangements in unassigned office spaces.
